Who do you use to to process online payments?
We use PayPal which ensures total security of your transactions and is familiar to internet users.
Can I have more than one keyword?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of keywords you can have on your account.
How do I use a keyword?
Once you have bought the use of one you can allocate it to be used with one of our services. You can change which service it is used with but of course it can only be used with one service at a time.
Can I use interaqtiv's services from outside the UK?
Yes. Our services are web-based which means, for example, that you can use UK based texting at UK prices from overseas. Replies can be directed to you inbox or elsewhere using a keyword if you prefer.
Do I need to connect my phone to the computer?
No, our system is entirely web based. You send texts via our online SMS utility.
Can I send texts overseas?
Yes, to UK mobile numbers that are overseas. You pay the UK text price and the receiver pays the difference between that and any international charges,
