Services

We have a number of services that apply the underlying technology in as simple a way as possible. The underlying elements are:

Inbound and Outbound Text 

• Outbound Text (Online SMS) – sending single or multiple texts immediately or according to a pre-determined schedule.
  
  
• Inbound Text – receive replies to your mobile or choose the convenience of having replies delivered to an Inbox, and, if you wish, forward them from your Inbox to an email address. You will need a Keyword in order to receive inbound texts in your Inbox. This functionality is used for all the Inbound Text services such as Text to Email, Text Voting and Text to Screen (see below for more detail).
  
  
• Inbox (Text to Email) – receive inbound texts in your inbox and forward to an email address if you wish (a Keyword is required for this). You will also be able to use the extensive functions to enable applications such as Text Marketing etc.
  
  
• Keyword – this enables the routing of your inbound texts to your inbox, voting or screen.
  
  

Premium Text

This is an option to charge your users a premium text charge in addition to their normal network charge. You can choose from a series of pricing options and the revenue can be shared between the network operator, interaqtiv and your organisation. It works by sending a response text to the user on receipt of their initial text. Easily set up your own text vote and enjoy a share of the premium rate text price.

Text To Screen

Enjoy receiving interactive texting directly to your chosen display screen and enjoy a share of the premium rate text price.

Mobile Locate

You can easily the location of a mobile phone.
