Text is an increasingly cost effective and targeted means of communicating to your customers, for example, to deliver requested information. interaqtiv’s service means you can benefit from:

  • Sending bulk texts.
  • Upload/import bulk data/mobile numbers.
  • Programme when texts are sent.
  • Buy bulk texts at very competitive rates.
  • Manage responses via your Inbox and Keyword.
  • Export response data.
  • Combine the use of Premium Text pricing.

How It Works

 

  • Once you’ve registered you will be able to organise everything from your control panel.
  • In essence, the outbound element is our “Online SMS” service, and the inbound is via your Inbox using "Text To Email" with whichever pricing you decide for your customers.
  • You will need to choose a Keyword.
  • Texters text: ‘Keyword Message’ to 60300.

Set Up & Process


Register, including leaving details of the bank account you want your share of any Premium Text revenue deposited into. You only need to register once to access all our services. The directions in the Control Panel are straightforward and in summary are:

  • Register.
  • Choose your keyword.
  • Purchase outbound text credits.
  • Choose which Premium Text price as required.
  • Communicate the details and process to your customers.
  • Manage your replies with your Inbox.
  • You receive a monthly statement from Interaqtiv Ltd and have the money deposited into your nominated bank account **.

 


** Interaqtiv's client is the registered account holder who will therefore have agreed to Interaqtiv's Terms and Conditions and to abide by the relevant Codes of Practice. Payouts will be done once Interaqtiv Ltd receives the money from the networks which is delayed by regulation for a period of three months from the end of the month in which the texts were sent. Monies will only be deposited electronically to the account on your registration details so please make sure that your details are correct and up to date at all times. Subject to a minimum transfer value of £10.00. If your account is less then £10.00 then this will accumulate until the transfer value exceeds £10.00 and will be transferred at the next transfer date following the balance being at least £10.00. It is your responsibility to ensure that the bank account details are correct. If the bank account is not valid or does not accept the payment for any reason then after a period of six months the funds will become the property of Interaqtiv Ltd who reserve the right to use them in any way including donating them to charity. All prices and payout amounts are including VAT.
